Dog Breed Info

The Australian Terrier is tenacious, intelligent, agile and energetic. He is very devoted and loyal to his family. He is also curious and his hunting instinct is very strong. This Terrier dog may chase cats, rabbits, squirrels , etc.

He doesn’t usually show aggressiveness toward other male dogs, yet male adults don’t get along well with other male dogs. He may get along with cats if he grows among them, but the ones that are not part of the family will become his prey.

If you have a garden in your patio, leaving him alone in the patio for a long time might not be not a good idea since Terriers just love to dig holes. As a result, you would lose your precious garden.

Despite his small size, this little guy has a great personality and self-confidence. He is a great household dog that will fill your home with life and unforgettable moments.
